I deal with all ebay customers the same way it is simply a matter of bookkeeping the day I receive payment whether cash, check or credit card the merchandise gets shipped however with a phone order from club members i ship the day an order is placed. Your poster on the other hand is lost in a pile and still has not been shipped.
