I got this 1997 ANA commemorative at one of DougS's auctions recently. I show it here enlarged to show the hot-stamped city that was added to one side. The marking is raised and can be felt. Interestingly, the serial numbering of the chip is NOT hot-stamped, but is printed on the inlay.
