Since MGM has licensed the Dunes logo, there is nothing that can be done about them.
IMO, The chiptalk hobby needs to exist without our interfearence.
Personaly I think you want to interfear with another man's hobby.
I think that is dangerous territory for someone that wants to sit on the board of the CCGTCC. If you go after them, what hobby is next?

Jim, we have been friends quite some time and I hope we still can be.
BUT:
IMO you should stick to our hobby.
