to your collection for a long, long time, but this subject does come up from time-to-time. There are many ways to handle the eventuality, and unfortunately, there are some recent examples, good and bad.
I know that the has presented information that it can accept donations (contact Eric at : legal@ccgtcc.com ) but that donation aspect to the Club is not well publicized. (It's a hard thing to do.)
I know that I have thought about it each and every time my wife suggests a yardsale to dispose of it after I'm gone!
I know of some chippers that have it in their Will to go to kids. Some have an agreement with a choosen, trusted member to dispose of their collection. Sometimes these agreements are made by the surviving spouse.
But it certainly is a worthwhile topic to bring up and I hope that others engage in the discussion, even though it is fairly difficult.
