I have recntly purchased a new copier/scanner and began to scan some chips to put on ebay and realized that it isn't picking up the pink, and red colors of the chips. I have seen other auctions on ebay that have had the same trouble. Can anyone help me correct this, or do I have to throw the thing away and buy one that picks the colors up correctly?
