Look up Ralph Pollack who specializes in Caribbean Gaming, otherwise you may not be able to know! Check on eBay and see if any decks of cards are for sale from there. Lastly, I sell a small amount of decks of cards and have never been able to sell foreign decks. Also check with any clubs that collect playing cards, google them!
