90 percent of the time that I try to access the records my computer locks up and I have to reboot. I've downloaded the latest version of Adobe, but PDF files still play havoc with my computer for some reason. If I'm able to access a particular letter after numerous trys I'll save it for easy access the next time. Thanks again, Gary
