How does one nominate a chip? I find nothing on this process on the club website. The only thing I find is a mention that 'Once all nominations are made, those members who made a nomination get to vote on their favorites.' Who decides when 'all nominations are made' and how does a new member know about these procedures? I have learned more by happenstance by catching posts on this board than has ever been laid out in anything I have read in the constitution or by-laws as posted on our website.
