Jess, I was told it was catalin. I bought one of those chips at the ANA and the dealer told me it was from Wyoming. Allen Meyers gave an ID that most of these chips were for home use & were not used in a casino, legal or illegal. I hope he reads his post & can shed some more light on these particular chips.
