My brilliant and gorgeous niece is a booking agent for the House of Blues and does booking for the Pala Casino. The place loves the entertainment she books and they treated her to a special dinner and desert, the desert was designed by the chef in their gourmet restaurant, really pretty darn good, and he presented it to us.
