Hi Bob...I once was deemed 20% at fault because I saw the other vehicle sliding down the hill before it hit me. I had nowhere to go...cut the wheel as far left as I could & minimized the damage but I guess the arbitrator thought I could have done better. If I went to the right there was a 150 ft drop & we wouldn't be having this conversation. So I got 80% of my deductable back & LIVED with it.
