Here's a postcard that shows Harrah's and Harveys Wagon Wheel on the same side of Highway 50 in the bottom photo. This photo would have been taken from very close to the California-Nevada line.

The top photo shows the Nevada Club, Sahati's Stateline Country Club and, farther down the highway, near where Bill's and Montbleu are now, Tahoe Palace. The postcard has a 1959 postmark.
