I am using xerox copies of applications. (Jim Steffner is sending more)
I also printed out some return address labels that have the club logo on them and affix them to the envelope when I mail chips.

In my end of auction notice, I ask the high bidder to let me know if they're a CC>CC member. Now that I've seen the other posts here, I'lll start sending applications with the chip if they don't respond with a "yes" or a number.
