Even if I am the ONLY one that has ever been unhappy with Allstate... it does not change the fact that Right is still right and wrong is still wrong.

I may be wrong in believing I am entitled to use of transportation or reimbursement of reasonable transportation costs.

That's why I asked the opinion of the forum....
