Have you given all of this lack of cooperation by Allstate information to YOUR insurance company? Find out what they think or want you to do. Maybe they'd pull a string or two if you file a claim with them should the driver-at-fault's company want to lay it all in your lap.
Does Texas has no fault insurance requirements, or do you have that rider on your policy? Mine does (Colorado) and I do.
...otherwise, I can now understand Allstate's accident forgiveness program advertising. They can forgive them because they won't pay valid claims!
