I've been to Harrah's Cherokee twice, last time in November 1999. No chips, lots of slots with tokens one dollar and up. They do have roulette, blackjack and craps, although these are all machines and played with tokens. The slot machines have a "skill" factor in that one can hold a couple of lines and respin one line. That puts the casino in line with state law which apparently bans games which are strictly chance.
