you are so right Jim. And here is the pic to prove it . I doubt this place will ever look or SMELL any better than it does now though LOL! There is new construction beside the El Cortez. It is a new condo project. That was another reason I was d'town. My buddy is working on that job and I went by to see him. I just don't think I want to spend that kind of money to live RIGHT THERE!!! I could be wrong though......nahhhhh!
