1)
Q- Do I care how Debbie, Pam, Jim, etc are going to vote?
A- Not particularly. But that's me. I can't say if it is of interest to others.
2)
Q- Do I take any offense that they feel, even if they know you or not, that it is okay to impose themselves on you to vote their way?
A- They do all happen to know me, but that makes no difference. I don't believe they felt they were "imposing" on me to vote their way. As well, I did not feel imposed upon. Also, My instinct is that it was not initiated by the people who's names were on the cards, but rather by the candidates. I am guessing that they asked the people if they could have their endorsements. But I am speculating.
3)
Q- Do I feel at all degraded that they think you are not smart enough to make your own decision?
A-No, I do not feel degraded in any way. I did not take it as they didn't feel I am smart enough, I took it as "if you haven't made up your mind yet, Here's who we are endorsing" It is standard politics to go after the swing vote.
4)
Q-Do I feel that the lack of creativity in these post cards, all reading basically the same in a cookie cutter approach, just adds to the feeling of stupidity...just in case you didn't get the message the first time?
A- No, it doesn't add to my feeling of stupidity, I have no feeling of stupidity. It only goes to state that the makers of the cards had a lack of creativity.
