The constitution doesn't say I can breathe, or eat oranges, or have personal chips made. Acts are presumed to be lawful unless specifically prohibited. That is not just my opinion.

The reason for a nomination process is to determine who shall be listed on the ballot, and arguably to make it known who has expressed a willingness and a desire to perform a job.

I don't have any desire to write in anybody, nor do I intend to debate the matter. More importantly, I have no intention of outlining my worst case scenario concern here on this public forum.
