Have you guys read all of the threads about this situation? I just read it and it is amazes me that some of you can tolerate or have a "just let it go" attitude. I am sure that many of you would feel a lot different if it happened to you and your money, this was not an isolated incident. What really bothers me is what Chuck mentions "I have been screwed by many CCGTCC members". We would hope that CCGTCC members, especially ones that are boyfriends of the Florida CCGTCC President to conduct themselves in a more professional manner than what was shown by Michael. Remember, we have a code of ethics to follow. If those do not follow the code of ethics, they should be held accountable. Here are some codes that were certainly violated in his dealings with those on the other forum.

To conduct myself so as to bring no discredit to the Club or to impair the prestige of the Club or its members.

To base all of my dealings on the highest plane of justice, fairness and morality.

To take immediate steps to correct any error I make in any transaction.
