Gene, A number of years ago, before collectors mucked up the casinos in Aruba, I was able to walk into any casino on the island & buy all the roulette chips I wanted. I recall a trip when I was at the Sonesta & the casino manager allowed me to get anything I needed. He then walked me across the street & did the same at the other casino on the bayside. Try doing that today! At the Kings Casino, I asked for any obsolete chips they might still have. I was allowed to buy any chip I needed for a $1 or $2 & they would through in a key chain. I also remember when my mother gave me $.50 on a Saturday to go to the deli to eat lunch & then have enough change left to go to the movies, where I saw a double feature, PLUS a cartoon & the latest episode of Flash Gordon! Ah those were the days but I'm sure you are too young to remember. ;-)>
