I've had a bare cover for 2-3 years, but never an opportunity to get the full book from "Lucky 13 Club" in Downtown Las Vegas. This club was only open for a year in the 50's but produced this great feature match with the slot symbols peeking through the keyhole in the cover. Saddle is marked "In the heart of Downtown Las Vegas".

From the address at #13 Fremont, this must have been right next to Golden Gate.

There are other small town matches that are scarcer but I think this is the scarcest and best of the Las Vegas matches. Gets my "Rusty Staple" award for casino matches!
