Could be, Gaming is requiring the small H&C in all new house molds or maybe Paul-Son is just putting it in for advertising or maybe this will be the only one. We'll see.

I think if the H&C starts appearing in all new house molds, I would consider it a new mold. Granted, it is still a house mold.
