Howdy Herz has the records for at least some of the hub mold chips. There are two different types of hubs, though. One has trapezoids and the other has rectangles which face toward the center. Howdy identified my PAN chip, which had trapezoids. Yours looks more like the rectangle variety. I'm not sure if Howdy has those records. If he does, you send him a scan of the chip, and he will charge you a fee to identify it.
