You may be interested to know that the Sci Fi Channel is making a miniseries based on THE WIZARD OF OZ called "Tin Man." They've cast (the beautiful) Zooey Deschanel as "DG" (Dorothy Gale?) who gets plucked from her humdrum life and thrust in to the Outer Zone (OZ?). Alan Cumming is also in it, playing an odd man missing half his brain (Joe... oh, never mind), and Richard Dreyfuss plays a wizerd known as 'The Mystic Man."
