Bill died Oct 23, 1994. Funeral at Palm Mortuary on LV Blvd, buried in Toronto Canada.

As Gene said, I located 3 records but wasnt able to confirm this was the correct one before Borland's family made contact.
Unfortunately my application for a copy of the death certificate was turned down as "I could not demonstrate I had a right to it"
