It was resolved in my favor, but since PayPal has none of Jeff Walter's funds left, they will not refund anything. I will persue the dispute with Master Card next week.

This was a series of eBay auctions I won for which nothing was delivered. Jeff is now NARU and has not answered my email since he gave me the shipping cost for the lots. If you look at his feedback, it appears all deliveries stopped a month ago. I'm afraid something serious has happened to him.
