To a collector, that is the single most important thing. That is why I ALWAYS picture the exact item the bidder receives and go over the entire piece with a magnifier so I can disclose any blemish, no matter how small. I do this for each and every piece I put on eBay. I have had many, many feedbacks stating that the piece they received was even better than described. That REALLY makes me feel good to see that. Sellers who do not show buyers that courtesy are just not worth dealing with ever. I really have a hard time understanding why they would do that. It is truly a disgrace IMHO!
