I recently had a not so good stretch of transactions. Three of the past four auctions I won resulted in delivery of an inferior chip than the one pictured in the auction. Fortunately I can say the following for each of them:
suggests you try to work it out with the seller and if that does not work to open a dispute resolution ticket - they are not of great assistance. I know you can always post negative (and we probably should), but it does not seem to be worth it for the inevitable retaliatory negative that you yourself will likely get (and do not deserve).
Even though each of the 3 transactions had positive resolution outcomes, there is some inconvenience in the process. I am curious if others are experiencing the same thing. Are you getting inferior items delivered? How do you (or how would you) handle these occurrences?
I am interested in your opinions.
