I have a thread running at chiptalk.net discussing this issue, but I thought that I should make members of this site aware of what is going on as well.

So...it's been 6 weeks now since I sent Michael Clemente (curseofthorn22) a PayPal for a very large sum of money for approx. 500 PNY's. He disappeared as soon as I started asking to be refunded my purchase price. I filed a claim with PayPal, which is still unanswered...he won't answer emails to his aol account or private messages on chiptalk. I'm so befuddled by this, he seemed to be a reputable seller. Now here I am, wondering if I will ever be reimbursed. The last email I received from him is below. I see that he has posted on thechipboard that this is "already taken care of". Alas, it is not. I haven't received an email acknowledging anything, no refund, no explanation. I am filing a complaint with CCGTCC. I have copies of all the emails that were sent, but once again, I have been ignored since Sun. Feb. 18th. Those of you who know Michael, please have him make this right. Sincerely,
