Right or wrong, like it or not, the majority of the population base what they think of a person on their first impression. A kid might be a recent college graduate with a 4.0 GPA looking for a job in a sought after degree field but if they have a large, visible tattoo or 1" diameter bushings in their ear lobes, nine times out of ten they're not going to be coming back for a second interview.

I cringe when I see what young people do to their bodies. I really cringe when I go to my son's high school and see what some parents have let their kids do to their bodies!
