You locals probably know more about this than I do, but I thought he was the property of the Pioneer Casinos. The one in Las Vegas called him Vegas Vic. He has been on their chips a long time. The Pioneer in Laughlin called him River Rick to reinforce their location. He has been in their advertising a long time, also.
