eBay doesn't assign agents for anything. They just run auctions.

This guy will have you send money to the "eBay agent" (his partner in crime) and then you'll get nothing.

Don't every buy from one of the scams that says, email us now for a buy it now deal, because that's what the hijacked account scam does. They steal an account, advertise common expensive items for very low prices, and ask you to email them payment and details.

Also don't fall for the one where the person claiming to be the seller says their account is locked, or they have reached their transfer limit, please PayPal the payment to a different account.

I'm sure there are more.

Don't ever make any transactions outside eBay for eBay auctions! These are just crooks fishing for suckers.
