I saw Josh had an ebay auction for these chips from Pioneer Hotel Laughlin. Doesn't Vegas Vic have a trademark on him? I know the LV Chamber of Commerce put him up in 1951? but I'm curious if anyone knows the infringement (if any) of putting his likeness on a chip?
