Wouldn't you say that the club discriminates against smokers by not permitting any smoking on the bourse floor?

All of discriminate every day ... from whom we purchase our daily goods and services from ... to whom in our neighborhoods we choose to associate with. From the brand gasoline we purchase to the make automobile we drive.

HUNDREDS of club members choose to discriminate by not purchasing chips from dealers who are engaged in the practice of slabbing chips.
