I'd say yes. It is not as rare as once believed.
I got two 2 years ago from someone I helped out who was not a collector. As soon as I started asking questions here, it became apparent someone somewhere may have had a few.
I ebayed 1 and kept the other. The one I sold got about $900. I received many emails asking me if I were the person with the find, (which I wasn't), and what I knew (very little). About 4 months later, a seller started selling it. I think about a dozen or so went up. At first, they sold in the $500 range. Last I saw, they were going for about $250.
Binions were the first chips I really got into collecting, but you need to be VERY VERY careful with Horseshoe chips. Like everything having to do with that casino, things are.....ahem......shaky at best.
