Construction, which started in November, primarily involves revamping the interior of a former 35,000-square-foot grocery store and the parking lot on about six acres on Mountain City Highway and Aspen Way.

The parking lot is lined for more than 400 parking spaces and a formal entry driveway on the south side of the building, while Shubic and Hachquet said work on the interior is nearly complete.
