This is my personal conclusion about the two Edgewater Win Cards chips listed in TCR#10.
Talking with several collectors, here is what I come up with. First, none have ever seen V8385 with green hot stamp/lettering. There is also a variety reported that has a "purpleish" hot stamp/lettering and one that has finer hot stamp/ lettering. I dismiss the purple shaded hot stamp as a variey of color during the production run as it only exists on the bold hot stamp/lettering. Therefore the two varieties are: one with bold hot stamp/lettering which is probably the first issue and should be V8385 (scan on right) and the second with fine hot stamp/lettering which should be E0355 Scan on the left)
