Morning all, could anyone shed some light on why the $5 on the right has almost no building picture yet the other is strong? I know the chip on the right is more worn but surely the denomination & lettering would have faded as well as the building in background?

Sorry about the images but the scanner doesn't like orange or pink chips & inserts too much.
