They are from the ESPN show Tilt. They are Blue Chip Company chips and are part of the set shown in the eBay auction linked below.

As far as their worth, all I can say was that a complete set of all 14 chips was worth at least $96.04 to me (but I'm crazy) and $90+ to a couple of other bidders.

The rarest of the chips are the $1 and the two yellow $10,000 chips, which is part of the reason for the bidding war.

There was another set of prop chips from a cardroom, which had a diamond logo but they don't seem to be much sought after.
