It is really not a limited Edition chip.
It is what many collectors consider the first "Commemorative" chip.

Chipco made a big push to get Harrahs to make this chip. They seen it as a "BIG" boost to their marketing plan.

Harrahs actually ordered the chip twice.
I have the numbers made in each order somewhere.
