I have posted this a number of times before, and I guess I have to again. Many very knowledgable posters on this board won't respond to a fictitious name, unless they know the poster. This includes nicknames and pseudonyms. If you post as your name (with a valid e-mail address), instead of "Tucson Smitty," you may get an answer (if anyone knows).
I don't know about the rectangle mold, but you should check Robert Eisenstadt's web site about chip molds ( http://www.antiquegamblingchips.com/molddesignindex_site.htm ) and the illegals site ( http://illegals.marlowcasinochips.com/ ) to see what you can find. It is possible that more than one company manufactured rectangle mold chips, and that the records no longer exist.
