I didnt have a problem with it, lots of other people did
Counterfeit = as defined before - exact copy of an existing chip, whether made by the same company or not, and whether produced for the purpose of defrauding a casino, or collectors, or neither, makes no difference
It will have to be a pretty convincing argument to make me change it
I dont have any problem with using the words "manufactured after the casino closed" in any sales description etc. and I think its important that it is there, but thats a completely different matter to the 'terminology'
