So, getting back to my original query... If a casino no longer exists in Nevada, i.e., the Dunes, by definition are their chips OBSOLETE or RETIRED?

I understand the AC concept.

I undertsand the redemption concept.

What about closed, gone, no longer extant casino's chips?
