I was at the Tropicana this morning getting chips and asked about this "new policy".
With all due respect Chuck, that is not a new policy. What they told me is that it was more bad timing than anything.
When a cage is short staffed and someone comes in with a list of chips they need - and they tell him to leave the list and they will fill it for him when they have time - that, to me, is a nice gesture - not a BS new policy.
I have never had a problem at the Tropicana - they cage cashiers and supervisors are probably the nicest people I deal with. When they have time they will dig through racks and racks of chips for me. I have even left them a list before- and they called me at my house to tell me they have all the chips for me ready to pick up.
If this is not a great cage staff-I don't know what is!
Chuck - please don't let one incident get you down. I forgave the 4 Queens for releasing one of the dog chips at 11 am and got there at 11:30 to find out they were all sold out to the people on the "list".
