Can't help with the i.d. directly. There was a Colonial Club in Oak Park, just west of Chicago starting before 1920. Several hundred male members. They probably had a card game, as did probably most higher end, male social clubs. But if there were other Colonial Clubs in the U. S. the i.d. is uncertain short of getting the manufacturers records on these chips.
