The last time I tried AOhell, the account was set up for EFT payment through my checking account. Phone calls telling them to cancel the service did not stop their taking money from my account. I had to initiate a stop payment order against any charge being placed by that entity on my checking account, and I had to do so for six consecutive months. It was that, or close the checking account.
