this has almost absolutely nothing to do w/ this thread but I want to contribute. Me and Gina used to get into the garages at a lot of Nascar races. We took 1000's of pics. We were in Victory Lane when Dale Sr and the following year when Dale Jr won the Winston Millions. They threw out these "Million Dollar Bills" at both races w/ the track and drivers who were eligible to win the $$. We sold pics that we took and included one of the bills of each of them. We got a PHONE CALL telling us if we sold another one we would be sued. They said that all images were their property and not ours. This opens up a whole new can. Their images?? Their property?? They got our number from Ebay. I informed them that they were our images and our copyright as we took the pics but they fought dirty. They said they would more or less bring the wrath of the Nascar Lawyer gods down upon us. I did qiut selling and removed all my auctions at the frantic request of my wife though :-) They also informed us that we were black listed from any more garage passes EVER! Gotta love this country.
