We tried to stay away and decided to go to Freemont on Fri nite. I think there were approx 100 people out there!! It looked like a Wed. afternoon. Fortunately the "element" was on the South end of the Strip. We went to the Palms on Sat Nite and there was more gold and diamonds there than all the mines in Africa... or where ever the mines are LOL! My brother called me and sent me this article and I told him that was not new news as EVERYONE except for the retailers here hated the event and didn't care id they EVER came back. This town was nuts. I'm w/ you Paul, I love the PBR and the Nascar "element" a heck of a lot better.
