I will send you a copy of the letter via email in the next couple of days. The chip are the top of the letter is part of the photocopy, and we being used to show the CC logo. This verifies that these chips were in existance prior to the letter, as the L250 chip being ordered was using different text.
Also, a cog inly is the paper center inlay shaped like a gear. It was commonly used for $100 chips in the U.S. by Paulson. I would be glad to post a scan tomorrow if you would like.
